Developer project „Obolon Residences“ in Kiev in Ukraine consists of three residential buildings with 24 to 26 floors of high standard and offers its residents private living with lounge zone, conference hall, sport hall, baby game rooms, loundry and other services. The project was built by British-Czech investment company Dragon-Ukrainian Properties&Development.
The whole project was equipped by our control system Tecomat Foxtrot thanks to our partners in Ukraine – company Gravity Electric and ČP Profikom, which created a centralized smart home solution. This solution is in standard equipment of each flat, so basic functions are available for all residents: access control, heating control, lighting control, security system, flooding monitoring and energy consumption monitoring and invoicing. Thanks to complexness of Foxtrot, residents of project Obolon can buy an additional home automation functions and increase their comfort of living.
