In Ukraine city Kiev has been finished first stage of residential project „Naucnyi“ – 25 floor residential building with 153 economy flats. Our partners in Ukraine – companies Gravity Electric and ČP Profikom – created and implemented our control system Tecomat Foxtrot as centralized smart house solution, which brings functions of home automation even for economy residential flats.
A principle is centralization of functions in flats, so in this case one central module Foxtrot can be shared by more flats and that´s why the costs for automation per one flat decresed to an affordable level even for economy flats.
System Foxtrot as a standard equipment of flats brings to residents of complex “Naucnyi”these functions:
- climate control
- security system
- monitoring of energy consumption including automated invoicing
- intercom
- flooding control
In the building there is also showroom for customers, where system Foxtrot is implemented as a complex automation solution including audio-video control, so customers can see possibilities of full automation with Foxtrot and can order it as an additional equipment of their flat.
