In city Debrecen in Hungary in 2013-14, there was implemented our control system Tecomat Foxtrot to control technologies in small 2 floors family house. The implementation was done by our regional partner in Hungary – company Home Intelligent Systems.
System Foxtrot here controls following technologies:
- lighting,
- heating, air-conditioning, zone control in each room,
- jalousies,
- on-line communication with security system Paradox.
Heating system is in the house created by floor water heating in ground floor and radiators in first floor. Water is heated by gas boiler, which heats water according to real needs – dependence on outside temperature, required temperature in each room, PID regulation.
Air-conditioning is with three units of Mitsubushi A/C integrated into Foxtrot by IR modules.
Security system Paradox provides to Foxtrot information of movement by movement detectors and doors and windows contacts and system Foxtrot according to this information switches on lights on corridors, switches off heating and so on.
In the whole house there is installed LED lighting.
