Control of lighting and blinds in a block of residential high-rise buildings

The Tecomat Foxtrot control system controls lighting and blinds in four 15-storey residential buildings in the Iraqi city of Erbil. Homeowners can use both wall-mounted touch controls and their mobile electronic devices to control lights and blinds. Various light scenes can also be programmed at their request. By pressing one button, the lights and blinds are then set to the desired position and create the desired light scene.
